VDI/VDE 2645 – Part 1 (draft)

This standard describes measurement devices capability test (MDCT) for measuring and testing equipment, taking into account stability, process tolerance, and reproducibility. It applies to devices used to monitor measuring devices at the bolted point position (test systems), as well as to devices used directly at the point of assembly, such as inline sensors and torque and angle wrenches. It also applies to measuring equipment used for machine capability test or for sampling inspections of assembly tools, such as rotary sensors.
