Appropriate qualification in the Training Center
Seven steps of professional and standard-compliant knowledge development in accordance with VDI/VDE-MT 2637
Creating solutions with knowledge.
The causes of quality issues in industrial screw assembly, disruptions in the production process or component damage are varied and complex. Every employee can help detect problems early or avoid them completely through theoretical expertise or practical skills.
Many requirements. One solution.
Appropriate qualification in theory and practice, efficient training initiatives, effective knowledge transfer aligned with the latest state of the art, and compliance with VDI/VDE-MT 2637 – these goals can all be achieved at the same time and are not mutually exclusive.
Communicate. Understand. Connect.
Most of our training courses are available in several international languages such as German, English, Polish, Hungarian, French and Chinese. The success of our trainings is rooted in our focus on the targeted development of professional expertise and the use of a variety of learning and training methods.
Think holistically. Design flexibly.
We offer a comprehensive approach to appropriate qualification in industrial fastening technology – from qualification analysis and training, to the certification of your employees. Working together with you, we tailor our services to your individual needs.
Let’s make it real – with the Training Center of Richard Gruber GmbH.
Analysis zone
The starting point is orientation and assessment in the Analysis Zone. Through the qualification analysis, individual responsibilities and authorities are identified and a qualification profile is created—the first step toward appropriate qualification.
Assessment zone
Based on this foundation, the competence analysis takes place in the Assessment Zone. The participant’s current level of knowledge is evaluated through questionnaire-based theoretical assessments and hands-on practical tasks. This helps identify strengths and areas for improvement, enabling the creation of a training program fully tailored to individual development needs.
Onboarding zone
In the Onboarding Zone, categorization turns into momentum: the first step in digital knowledge transfer is just one click away. Web Based Trainings guide through technical terminology, physical principles, and lead to first “aha” moments – compactly delivered in just 10 minutes. Multilingual, interactive, and accessible anytime.
Trainer's zone
This is followed by the indispensable face-to-face training sessions in the Trainer’s Zone. Certified trainers and practical experiments at professional learning stations make the theory tangible. Active learning and a lasting understanding of the complex specialist topics – crucial for the success of an appropriate training.
Exercise zone
The training continues with practical exercises in the Exercise Zone, where understanding becomes application. On several practical Exercise Stations the participants deepen the acquired knowledge in small learning groups. Self-explanatory, digital step-by-step instructions lead to a real understanding of the subject and promote practical skills.
Transfer zone
The Transfer Zone bridges the gap between training and the real working environment: knowledge transfer takes place directly on the original product. An experienced trainer provides on-site coaching, refines practical skills, shortens decision paths, and ensures reliable processes through structured workplace training. These on-the-job trainings form the tailored final step of a needs-based and effective competence development process.
Certification Zone
Certificates make training results visible in the Certification Zone. Structured tests, certificates of participation and an evaluation by experts document the achieved success – compliant with standards, reliable, globally recognized, and delivering a strong message: proven competence in industrial fastening technology.
