Basic training
Most of the individual areas of responsibility of employees – referred to in “VDI/VDE-MT 2637 Appropriate qualification in fastening technology” as so-called qualification profiles – are based on the basic competence “Bolted joints and their properties”.
Our three-level training system guides you step by step from the fundamentals to expert level. In “Knowledge”, you build the technical foundation; in “Ability”, you deepen your theoretical knowledge and strengthen practical skills; and in “Mastery”, you develop comprehensive expertise in bolted joints. This approach helps you advance your qualifications in a targeted and sustainable way.
