Our uniqueness lies in the combination of international expertise and product neutrality. We do not sell screws or standard parts, nor do we offer fastening tools or measuring devices. Hand-in-hand with partners and customers, Richard Gruber GmbH develops technical solutions and helps build sustainable knowledge and practical expertise.
The basis for this is the composition of our team. It enables us to combine expertise in materials science, technical design, fastening technology, measuring methods, software development, standards and regulations, metrology, media technology, training design and event management under one roof.
Face-to-Face Training (F2F)
In 2006, after many years as a trainer, lecturer, and auditor, the time had come: we took the leap into self-employment. Supported by our family and a highly motivated team, our vision gradually became reality.
Our modern seminar house and training center with attractive facilities and an inviting event garden was built in 2013, giving our Face-to-Face Trainings a “home”.
Training-on-the-job (TON)
From the very start of our company, it was clear to us that “the music plays on the customer’s premises”.
Regardless of the services expected from us, staying close to our customers’ environment and products has always been—and will continue to be—the key to successful projects.
This is why we place great emphasis on personal contact. We take the time to get to know you as a customer and to understand your demands in detail. Many practical training courses and technical services are therefore “On The Job” in nature and are implemented internationally on site.
Live Online Training (LOT)
Many years ago, our team came up with the idea of broadcasting technical trainings live via streaming services and communication platforms on the internet using immersive technologies.
We decided to convert suitable premises into a state-of-the-art video studio. Since 2019, the Digital Training Center (Live) with its Live Online Trainings—especially in an international context—has become indispensable.
Web Based Training (WBT)
From our perspective, the digital world cannot replace working together and learning from each other through personal contact. However, it can provide excellent content-based supplementation in “blended learning” or “hybrid learning” – and this free from constraints of space and time.
For autodidactic learning, we have been providing programmed, audiovisual learning units on our online platform since 2022. To date, almost 100 Web Based Trainings have been created on various specialist topics and in different languages. Our Digital Training Center (Download) – a real success story.

Train-the-Trainer (TTT)
Certain specialist trainings in your company should ideally be taught by internal trainers and not by external service providers. In our experience, organizational factors are often just as important as economic considerations – for example when onboarding new employees or delivering regular training programs.
Since 2018 we have been developing tailor-made Train-the-Trainer programs. In combination with your qualified team of trainers, our trainer software tailored to your company (TTG – Tightening Trainer Guide) and modern learning stations with practical exercises (TTS – Tightening Training Station) form an effective and unique training concept.
